Honey

All-flower honey

Honey from the northern Ventoux. It’s the fruit of honeydew from lime blossom, thyme, wild lavender and sage.
This combination gives the honey a brown color and fresh, woody aromas.
This honey reflects its terroir, characterizing the rich flora of the Baronnies Provençales.

Lavender honey

This single-flower honey has a light lavender fragrance.
Long on the palate, its fruity aromas are slightly acidic.
Golden in color when harvested, it turns white during crystallization.
Highly appreciated by gourmets, Lavender honey is considered one of the best in the world.

Honey from the Ventoux forest

“It is not abundance, but excellence that is wealth”.
Joseph Joubert.

The exceptional flora of Géant de Provence produces a powerful forest honey with a long-lasting, dark-brown taste.
It develops subtle notes of maple syrup, and its light fragrance is reminiscent of pine and juniper.
A unique honey harvested at an altitude of 839 meters.
